My Bio

Why I’m Running for School Board District 9? For 38 years, I have called this community home. I’ve watched it grow, witnessed its challenges, and seen what we can accomplish when people come together. For the past 18 years, I have served as a manger and operator of Lee's Towing. That experience has taught me the importance of strong leadership, responsibility, accountability, communication, and making difficult decisions when necessary. I’m running for School Board because I want to be a strong and accessible voice for District 9. Too often, parents feel like their concerns are not being heard. I know that feeling because I’ve experienced it myself. After my own encounter with the school board, I realized that change was needed. Instead of simply talking about change, I decided I wanted to be part of it. I’m willing to have the hard conversations. I want our students, parents, teachers, and community members to know they have someone who will listen. I believe in transparency, accountability, and making decisions based on what is best for our students and their future. Our children are our future. The decisions we make today will shape the opportunities they have tomorrow. I want to help create a brighter future for every student in District 9 while making sure parents have a voice in the decisions affecting their children. After 38 years in this community, I’m invested and District 9 deserves to be heard! Make the turn with Turner!
